Canon PowerShot G1X Mark II
The Canon PowerShot G1X Mark II has undergone a number of enhancements that make it a compact masterpiece competing with SLR cameras. It possesses the most advanced DIGIC 6 image processor with a more accurate 31-point AiAF focus, an improved continuous shooting experience and enhanced modes that can be used in low light conditions to maximise the use of ambient light and minimise the noise. Along with the highly sensitive CANON CMOS sensor, and the intelligent optical stabiliser which reduces camera shake, it delivers amazing results.
The camera has also a host of creative features, a wealth of smart modes, and other extraordinary details that will not only make it easy to use but also deliver an extraordinary photographic experience. Smart Auto mode automatically selects from 58 scenes for still images or 21 scenes for movies to adjust the settings and ensure optimal results. You will be able to record your experiences in the highest quality. Advanced users will appreciate the support for the professional lossless RAW photo format.
The PowerShot G1X also features an innovative grip for ergonomics and easy handling of the controls. The camera has dual control rings for fast adjustment of focus and exposure. The rings can be customised to quickly change the values of different settings. The swing display boasts superb colour reproduction and an improved range of viewing angle. The camera has WiFi and NFC connections that allow remote control using your smart devices after the installation of the Canon CameraWindow app. The viewfinder has been removed from the compact camera but is available as an accessory.
