Dobrý den, nikde nemohu najít, jaká je běžná doba nabíjení hodinek. Je normální, že se mi nabíjejí do plného nabití i celý den? Při prvním nabití to tak bylo, nyní po 7 dnech se vybily, mám je na nabíječce už 4 hod a stále ukazují 0% nabití. Budu ráda za odpověď, uvažuji, zda není vadná nabíječka, na kterou se hodinky ukládají..

Dobrý den, měla bych dotaz ke chytrým hodinkám CARNEO GEAR DELUXE. Dostala jsem je od manžela k vánocům jako dárek. 5 měsíců mi fungovaly bez problému. Při posledním nabíjení mi zhasly a nejdou zapnout. Jede pouze nabíjení a i když se hodinky dobíjí na 90%, stále nejdou zapnout. Tím pádem mi nejede ani zařízení aplikace v telefonu. zkoušela jsem úplně vše, odinstalovat aplikaci a znovu nainstalovat, restartovat telefon, aktualizaci, vypnut a zapnout blutetooth a stále hodinky prostě nejdou zapnout. Neví čím to je, budu ráda za brzkou odpověď, s pozdravem a přáním pěkného dne Byrtusová Andrea.

Dobrý den, chtěla bych se zeptat, jestli hodinky Carneo Gear+ Deluxe mají notifikaci z WhatsApp? SMS i hovory mi fungují, ale WhatsApp stále ne. Tak jen, jestli se mám snažit dál anebo tuto funkci prostě nepodporují. Děkuji

Zapnutí podsvícení ciferníku pohybem zápěstí přestalo fungovat po 3 dnech. Také krokoměr špatně načítá do celkového počtu. Co s tím?

Pri kupovaní remienku, je nutné dodržať 16 milimetrovú šírku ako je pôvodný remienok alebo je možné do tohto modelu dať aj napríklad 22 milimetrový remienok? V jednej otázke sa tu zákazník pýtal na iné remienky a link, ktorý mu bol poskytnutý v odpovedi bol 18 milimetrový remienok. Preto by som sa rád pred kúpou uistil.

Dobry den, po sparovani s iphonem SE s IOS 14.7 neukazuji hodinky notifikaci na displeji pro obycejne SMS. Jak si s timto problemem poradit? Precijen je to jedna ze zakladnich funkci, kvuli kterym jsme hodinky porizovali. Dekuji Pavel

Dobrý den, zakoupila jsem hodinky a nemůžu vyhledat aplikaci Carneo Fit na Google play. Není tam, při načtení qr kódu otevřu odkaz na stažení na androidu a nenabehne mě nic. Zkoušela jsem i na jiném telefonu a to samé. Nevíte jak je možné že na Google play aplikaci neni? Dekuji
