The CELESTRON UpClose G2 falls within a new line of binoculars that are designed for every lover of viewing. Among their main advantages, apart from the favourable price, is that they are especially versatile - these binoculars are suitable for various sporting events, recreation, concerts, watching nature, animals, birds and other activities. They boast a "Porro" type with a fixed magnification of 8x. The lens has a diameter of 40 millimetres.
In addition, it is also important to mention their waterproof finish, so they can be used in all conditions. Comfortable use is provided by an aluminium body with a rubberised surface and an ergonomic thumb compartment. There are also anti-slip stops on the ridge. For binoculars of this type, the high light transmission provided by the Multi-Coated optical treatment is also important. It delivers a brighter and sharper image with high contrast.
