It's easy to operate using the digital touch controls, with everything you need shown on the display. The temperature inside the Concept dehydrator can be smoothly adjusted from 35 to 75°C. Setting the drying time is just as simple. With its 850W power input and large volume, you can dry a large quantity of food at once. The main benefit of the stainless steel trays is their durability, easy cleaning, and resistance to bacteria. They also speed up the drying process by heating up and transferring heat to the food. The horizontal airflow in the Concept SO5000 dehydrator ensures even drying on all levels. The internal lighting and pull-out system make monitoring and use even easier.

The Concept SO5000 is easy to operate via the display
The modern Concept food dehydrator has a large display with digital controls, which makes setting it up quick and easy. The temperature can be set from 35 to 75°C, depending on the type of food being dried. The timer can be set from 1 hour up to 48 hours (in 0.5h increments). After the set time has elapsed, the Concept SO5000 food dehydrator switches off automatically. Safe operation is ensured by a fuse that protects the food dehydrator from overheating.
RAW tray for making homemade fruit leather
In the Concept SO5000 food dehydrator, you can also dry liquid or puréed ingredients. The food dehydrator comes with a RAW tray, which you can use to prepare your favourite homemade fruit leather, wraps, bars or crackers.
Simple drying of herbs and small foods
If you want to dry small foods, such as grated vegetables for soup or herbs, use the special tray that prevents anything from falling through.
