Zdravím, nerad to řeším touhle cestou ale jelikož jsem nic kloudného nevygooglil tak se ptám tady, neví někdo zda je možné že se sluchátka nespárují mezi sebou? Dělám vše podle přiloženého návodu, zkoušel jsem i resetovat + mažu párování s telefonem nicméně vždycky se mi připojí buď jen jedno nebo druhé sluchátko, jak poznám že jsou správně spárované mezi sebou?

Stejný problém jako ostatní, nehraji obě sluchátka najednou.Pouze prave nebo leve samostatně. Uz byl tento problém nekym vyřešen?

Sluchátka jsem zapnula a po 5 minutách začal zvuk v jednom sluchátku vypadávat, po nějaké chvíli přestalo sluchátko hrát úplně, resetování ani opakováné spárování nepomohlo...koukám že nejsem jediná, na pobočce Alzy mi hned pracovník vrátil peníze, takže aspoň za to malé +. Zajímalo by mě jen, jestli tento problém řeší u Alzy v poslední době větší množství zákazníků?

Přidávám se k ostatním, sluchátka nejdou mezi sebou spárovat, zvuk pouze v levém nebo pravém sluchátku. Když zazní oznámení spárování sluchátek mezi sebou, nehraje ani jedno.
