Patented system and easy maintenance
The patented Wunderform system simplifies handling the baked cake base. The sides of the mould can be fully unfolded, so you can remove the contents without the risk of tearing. A metal reinforcement integrated into the silicone body maintains the mould's shape, even when filled with heavier dough. The mould has a heat resistance from -40°C to +230°C. This means you can bake desserts in a convection oven or let them set in the freezer. The non-stick surface requires no greasing, and after use, the mould can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
