High-speed 802.11ac without dropping due to MU-MIMO and Beamforming

AP transmits data to the latest 802.11ac standard, using a 5GHz band with less distortion for high speeds over long distances. Beamforming further enhances coverage by directing the WiFi signal directly to the device. MU-MIMO (MultiUser, Multiple Input, Multiple Output) optimisation means a robust increase in network throughput when multiple devices are used at the same time.

Complete network management via the Central WiFiManager

Configure and manage your entire fleet of access points centrally with the Central WiFiManager. This allows network administrators to configure, control, and maintain remotely, eliminating the need for posting workers to each AP. With D-Link's AP Array, it is enough to configure one access point, and the settings automatically synchronise with the rest of the group (up to 32 access points in the group).

Flexible installation

The DAP-2610 is a compact, easy-to-install device which will find a place wherever it is needed. It can simply be placed on furniture, or the AP can also be mounted on a wall or ceiling. With Ethernet power support (PoE 802.3af), you can also install APs where no electrical outlets are available. With PoE it only needs a single Ethernet cable for both data and power transmission.
