The latest generation of D-Link Web Smart switches represents high performance, advanced features and energy-efficient operation, which is certainly required in the rack cabinet in terms of thermal radiation. It offers more management capabilities, fast deployment and security. It fits perfectly into business networks with data stations and also as the backbone of your network. It is optimised for VLAN surveillance centers with IP cameras or VoIP devices. It will ensure that transmission from these devices is always reliably smooth.
The switch is equipped with 48 Gigabit Ethernet ports with PoE power supply and 4 Gigabit SFP ports, where optical modules can be placed in the future! Easy management is provided with Web interface so that the switch can be accessed from any computer regardless of the operating system. It also includes a search for all D-Link Smart elements that you can then manage or update their firmware.
D-Link Safeguard Engine protects the switch against viruses and other malicious attacks. It also supports client authentication via RADIUS external servers. D-Link Green 3.0 automatically reduces power consumption in case of low network load. It also detects the length of the cables to adjust the signal strength so that it does not waste energy on short cables. It doesn't even need a fan for cooling.
