Dobrý den, vlastním set DanalockV3 s cylindrickou vložkou Gerda. Když nastavím Danalock podle návodu, tak se jak v zamčené tak odemčené poloze pootočí tak, že klíč z vnějšku nejde zasunout úplně, protože vnitřní mosazný váleček s výřezem je pootočen a nelze do něj zasunou špičku klíče. Elektronicky vše funguje, ale klíčem zámek neotevřu. Jak toto vyřešit? Děkuji V. Čermák

Dobrý den mám set s bezpečnostní vložkou M&C, tři klíče přiloženy. Bihužel jsem nenaščel zámečnictví v Praze, kde by uměli přidělat další klíče. Problém je že nemají šablony klíčů. Kde sa dají koupit? Pro Danalock se dají dokoupit 3 šablony klíčů, ale pro M&C to nenabízíte. Děkuji za pomoc. Valtera

Je tato Bluetooth & Homekit verze kompatibilní s Danapad V3? Na stránkách výrobce je buď verze Bluetooth nebo verze Homekit. Kombinace uvedená zde tam není. U Homekit verze výrobce uvádí, že s Danapad nefunguje. Jak to tedy je?

kolko klucov je standardne pribalenych k vlozke? daju sa kluce rozmnozit v klucovej sluzbe? je k nim nejaka karta, alebo ina ochrana proti kopirovaniu? tato bt & homekit verzia vie fungovat aj bez homekit?
