The de Buyer CERANOA 24cm aluminium pan is designed for use on all types of hobs. Its recycled aluminium body ensures efficient heat distribution, while the internal ceramic surface allows you to prepare meals with minimal fat. The coating is also scratch-resistant and contains no PFAS substances. It can also be used for baking in the oven.

Ceramic Surface and Aluminium Body
The pan's recycled aluminium body ensures fast and even heat distribution across the entire base. Both the interior and exterior are coated with smooth ceramic. Its non-stick finish is scratch-resistant, prevents food from burning, and contains no harmful substances, contributing to healthier meal preparation.
Functional Shape and Universal Use
The special rounded Lyonnaise shape makes it easy to slide prepared food from the pan directly onto a plate. A curved steel handle is firmly riveted to the body. Thanks to the materials used, the pan is suitable for oven use up to 200°C for ten minutes. Its base is compatible with gas, electric, ceramic, and induction hobs.
