This expandable biking backpack has a sophisticated ventilation system that makes it a great choice to accompany you on your excursions. Seemingly small details make it a very functional backpack, in which you can store everything you need for day trips. The main features of the Deuter Compact EXP 12 backpack are its hydration system compatibility, the helmet holder, the reflective loop for a safety light, and the spacious front pocket for phone, keys and other personal items. The manufacturer has thought of everything that you could possibly need in a biking backpack, including a special wet compartment. There are also side mesh pockets, an integrated rain cover and a pocket on the hip belt.

The Deuter Compact EXP 12 delivers comfort and functionality
The Airstripes back system consists of two contoured, air-channelled foam profiles that are covered with a highly breathable wide AirMesh lining. They reduce the surface contact so that only an incredible 5% of the backpack is in contact with your back. This leaves a lot of space for excellent ventilation. Although the backpack itself is very light, if you fill it with 12 + 2.5l, the weight will be significant. For the best possible comfort and fit, the shoulder straps are well padded, the chest strap stabilises the pack, and the padded hip wings ensures a quick, snug fit.
