The DJI Mavic Pro Platinum drone is an expensive piece of equipment, so it is advisable to purchase some supplementary insurance. The DJI Care Refresh extended warranty offers a 12-month guarantee against accidental damage during everyday use. This includes contact with water. You will be entitled to 2 full refunds for a small additional charge (first refund 109 EUR, second refund 169 EUR). If you request a replacement, you will receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to the existing unit in terms of performance and reliability. DJI Care Refresh applies to the model's body, hinge, camera, battery and propeller. If you are in the region where you purchased your drone, all shipping costs will be covered by DJI.
