The DOMO DO353VD dehydrator boasts a robust construction and a practical slide-out door made of transparent plastic, which ensures constant control over the entire drying process. In the DOMO dehydrator, you can dry not only fruit and vegetables, but also mushrooms, herbs, meat, pasta, or warm up baked goods. Included with the DOMO dehydrator is 1 plastic mat for drying herbs and 1 solid tray with a 6mm rim. The trays are conveniently dishwasher-safe.
Even drying of ingredients inside the dehydrator
The DOMO DO325VD dehydrator is equipped with 6 stainless steel drying trays and a large, quiet-running fan for even air distribution, which means you don't need to turn or swap the individual drying trays. You can increase the dehydrator's capacity by purchasing additional trays.
Intuitive control of the DOMO dehydrator
The digital LCD display and practical timer (30 minutes–19.5 hours) ensure convenient control of the DOMO DO353VD dehydrator. With temperature regulation from 35–70°C, you gain maximum control over the drying process and always achieve perfect results.
Making a dried fruit roll-up
For the roll-up, you will need 200g of blueberries.
Blend the blueberries thoroughly until smooth.
Pour the resulting purée (smoothie) onto a solid drying tray (or a silicone mat). Never use baking paper.
Set the dehydrator to 70°C and turn it on for 5 hours.¨
Peel (unroll) the dried roll-up from the mat. You can cut the roll-up into pieces or eat it as is.
It's ideal for sprinkling on ice cream.
