The DOMO Boiler Will Be a Valuable Addition to Your Kitchen
The DOMO DO42325PC stainless steel pot has a capacity of 27L and inner dimensions of 29 x 35cm. This will be sufficient to hold around 14 - 18 glass jars with a capacity of 750ml. The jars can be placed on a plastic grill, which is located at the bottom of the boiler. This product is ideal for all-round use, as when you are not producing preserves, the pot can be put to many different uses. It can be used to prepare and dispense hot drinks, as well as for cooking goulash, sauces or other dishes, especially if you are entertaining a large group of people.
Practical Drainage Tap
The drainage tap is a highly practical feature of the DOMO DO42325PC, as it allows you to use the pot as a hot drinks dispenser. For larger family parties or gatherings, you will be amazed by how much time and energy this feature will save you. When cooking meat dishes, it is recommended that you cover the drain with the removable plug. There is also a thermostat, which will allow you to set the temperature to anything from 30°C to boiling point. The set temperature will automatically be maintained to the exact degree.
Equipped with a Clear, Backlit LCD Display
You will be able to clearly see all of the necessary data on the backlit LCD display. It will tell you the actual temperature, boiling time and water level. For maximum safety when cooking or boiling, the pot is equipped with protection against over-heating and dry boiling. The timer can be set to anything from 1 min to 120 mins, or continuously. An audible alarm will let you know when the pot has reached the desired temperature.
