Dobrý deň v apríly som zakúpil EATON Green Motion Home 11 kW, od nedele 5.10. 2025 prestal wallbox nabíjať auto, výrobca upozorňuje na svojom webe, že pôvodná aplikácia nie je už funkčná a mám si nainštalovať odporučenú Monta Charge, po presnom postupe od výrobcu však nabíjačka vyhlasuje chybu a je nefunkčná, po prestavení do výrobného nastavenia sa tvári že je OK, ale ani s pôvodnou aplikáciou od EATONU stále nenabíja auto, čo mám robiť? Je to na reklamáciu alebo na výmenu za iný typ nabíjačky? Ďakujem Martin
