ELICA APLOMB BL/A/90
ELICA APLOMB is a chimney cooker hood designed by ELICA's FABRIZIO CRISA, which was due to be officially unveiled at EUROCUCINA 2020. ELICA APLOMB is a fully vertical cooker hood that offers an even larger surface area for capturing steam generated during cooking. ELICA APLOMB is made from high-quality tempered glass. The cooker hood offers high performance from 275–495 m³/h, and an intensive mode of up to 680 m³/h, with a low noise level of 51–71 db(A). Of course, it also features an indicator for when the grease and carbon filters need cleaning. The cooker hood is also equipped with a timer function for automatic switch-off. For recirculation, the cooker hood can be fitted with a LONG LIFE carbon filter. The LONG LIFE carbon filter is a highly effective odour filter that can regenerate itself and lasts for up to 3 years, whereas standard filters have an average lifespan of between 3 and 6 months. To maintain these properties, the filter only requires simple maintenance.

Cooker hood with a modern design and powerful performance
In modern living spaces, kitchens and living areas are increasingly being combined. With its compact, linear and elegant design, Aplomb integrates well into today's modern interiors without sacrificing great performance. The visual lightness of the Aplomb is designed to accommodate ELICA's Multi-d Capture technology, which captures cooking fumes from three sides (bottom and sides). An even larger extraction area for superior performance.
Easy maintenance and control
The front glass panel is very easy to clean thanks to its flat shape. Aplomb has also been designed to make maintenance easy and safe: once the panel is open, you can directly access the inside of the hood without any obstruction, and the grease filters can be removed simply by sliding them out. Even its operation is intuitive and simple thanks to the new touch control, which features a timer function that lets you set the selected speed to switch off automatically after a preset time.
Filter maintenance:
The filter must be washed every 2 or 3 months with warm water and a mild soap solution (or in the dishwasher at 65°C) and dried in the oven for 10 minutes at 100°C.
