Do you have a small kitchen and you are looking for an ideal hood extractor? The Elica Krea undercabinet hood fits into smaller kitchens and can be easily attached to a cabinet or loosely above a stove. If you lack access to a chimney it is possible to take advantage of the air recirculation mode. The hood is equipped with a metal washable grease filter.

How to choose the right hood
The bigger your kitchen, the more powerful hood you need. That includes the entire kitchen area to the first door that can be closed. That means that if your kitchen is connected to the living room, the combined area of both rooms should be considered prior to buying a hood. The vapour extractor should be capable of completely exchanging the air of the area at least 3 times per hour - preferably up to 10 times. For example, a kitchen with a size of 5 × 5 × 2.9m needs a hood with the power of at least 218m3/h. But this is only the minimum value, we recommend even higher power to make the extraction as efficient as possible.
