ELICA SHY-S BL/A/60

The ELICA SHY-S is a chimney cooker hood designed by ELICA designer FABRIZIO CRISA, which was due to be officially unveiled at EUROCUCINA 2020. It is made from high-quality tempered glass. The cooker hood offers a high extraction rate of 275–495m³/h, reaching up to 650m³/h on the intensive setting, with a low noise level of 52–71db(A). It also features an indicator to let you know when the grease and carbon filters need cleaning. The hood is equipped with a timer function for automatic switch-off. The cooker hood comes with 2× 1.5W LED lighting with a temperature of 3500K and is fitted with an ALU grease filter. For recirculation mode, the hood can be fitted with a LONG LIFE carbon filter. The carbon filter is a highly effective odour filter that can regenerate itself and lasts up to 3 years, whereas standard filters have an average lifespan of between 3 and 6 months. The filter only requires simple maintenance; every 2 or 3 months, it must be washed with warm water and a mild detergent (or in a dishwasher at 65 degrees Celsius) and dried in the oven for 10 minutes at 100 degrees Celsius.
