It is a scalable communication device designed to connect colleagues inside and outside the meeting room via 6 adaptive, beamforming microphones. High functional value is ensured by the DSP function, which intelligently isolates the human voice from room reverberations and ambient noise.
The EPOS EXPAND 80T microphone reliably handles complex conference calls
The ultra-low distortion speaker, in a unique patent-pending suspension design, fills the room with excellent sound and provides superior duplex performance even when multiple people are speaking simultaneously. The sound output of the EPOS EXPAND 80T microphone speaker can be further increased: professionals can easily connect via USB-C to a Microsoft Teams room or Teams on a PC. The EPOS EXPAND 80T microphone includes a dedicated Teams button for launching the Teams app by one-touch connection to a meeting from the device.
Perfect isolation of individual persons
The perfect capture of individual speeches is guaranteed by the connection of four adaptive microphones with beamforming technology (two additional, separate external microphones can be purchased and connected for voice capture at long conference tables). The entire EPOS EXPAND 80T system is then able to isolate individual voices in the room and suppress ambient noise. The microphones reliably pick up the voices of participants up to three metres away within a 360° radius.
