The ETA 0028 99010 knife sharpener has been specially developed for the quick sharpening of the blades of various types of kitchen knives. It easily sharpens stainless-steel knives, steel knives and hardened steel knives. The ceramic material of the grinder ensures its high efficiency. Thanks to the precise guidance of the inclination at an optimum angle and the constant pressure exerted on the blade, you will always achieve precise results. The grinder is equipped with 2 swivel suspension castors with 20 ceramic rollers with a diameter of 5mm. The wheels rotate at200 rpm and operate on the principle of a gearless system.
