An accessory for the Gratus Kuliner (ETA 0038), Gratus (ETA 0028), Gratussino (ETA 0023), Gustus (ETA 0128), Meno/Mezo (ETA 0030/0033) kitchen appliances. It enables fast and high-quality grinding of most cereal and legume e.g. wheat, rye, oats, barley, milled barley, millet, buckwheat, lentils of different varieties, peas, chickpeas, beans, corn, rice, pearl millet, spelt). It allows for the preparation of alternative, gluten-free flour from rice, buckwheat, millet or chickpeas for people suffering from the Celiac disease. It enables quick and good splitting (i.e. peeling) of soybeans and chickpeas into smaller parts. It is also suitable for grinding fodder crops e.g. for farm animals. It features roughness control with a uniform grinding result, and 2 large grinding stones made of a coarse ceramic corundum material with a diameter of 85mm. The hopper capacity is1kg of raw materials. It has a simple and quick assembly. The mechanism can be completely dismantled for easy maintenance and cleaning. Its great advantage over mills with impact stones is low noise and easy use.
