Dobrý deň, žehličku som vrátil hneď na predajni keďže bola príliš veľká (je zaradená medzi mini a cestovné žehličky a veľkosť v parametroch nie je špecifikovaná). Reklamácia mi, ale bola zamietnutá z dôvodu, že sa jedná o hygienický tovar. Moja otázka je kde je pri produkte uvedené, že sa jedná o hygienický tovar a ako sa môže zamietnutie žiadosti o reklamáciu o toto operiať ak tovat ani nebol rozbalený?
