Dobrý den, rotační kartáč ani ne po roce přestal fungovat. Vyčištění nepomohlo. Mohu reklamovat pouze tento kartáč nebo musím kompletně celý vysavač? Děkuji.

Dobrý den, po půl roce užívání vysavač ztratil svůj výkon, téměř vůbec nesaje, i když jsme nádobu a filtry komplet vyčistili. Myslíte si, že když vyměníme HEPA filtr, tak se to opět zlepší? A který, ten v nádobě nebo na konci vysavače? Předem Vám mockrát děkuji.

Dobrý den, ráda bych se Vás zeptala, jak je to s hmotností tohoto vysavače. Vy na svých stránkách udáváte 4,5 kg, ale ETA na svých originálních stránkách udává u stejného modelu hmotnost 8 kg. Mohli byste prosím ověřit, jak to tedy skutečně je? Lux se nám moc líbí, ale měl by sloužit již velmi starší paní a váha je pro ni stěžejní parametr. Předem moc děkuji za odpověď a přeji hezký zbytek dne.
