Preparation and dosing
Use 1 scoop (50 ml) of BCAA 2: 1: 1 Liquid 20 - 30 minutes before training for energy training and intensive exercise and for anti-catabolic effect in reduction program. To increase muscle mass, use 1 scoop after training. Advanced athletes and athletes over 80 kg body weight use 2 - 3 scoops. Possibility to dilute to 100 - 200 ml of water.
