Extrifit Omega 3 1000 mg 100 cps are capsules containing omega 3 fatty acids, which are enriched with vitamin E. Omega 3 are healthy fats that should be given attention especially by athletes, for whom a decrease in body fat can be risky. Omega 3 can also be used in diet programs for muscle growth and fat reduction. The source of omega 3 is fish oil, which contains EPA and DHA. These are very useful for establishing normal heart function and have beneficial effects for it . DHA also contributes to better vision and normal brain function. The capsules also contain vitamin E, which protects cells from oxidative stress. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA. Number of capsules: 100.
