At the heart of the grinder are 48mm stainless steel conical burrs. Their design minimises heat build-up in the beans during grinding, helping to preserve the full flavour spectrum of your coffee. The grinder offers stepless grind size adjustment, giving you complete freedom when experimenting. It enables the fine micro-adjustments necessary for proper espresso extraction, but handles coarser grinds for French press or cold brew just as well. Intelligent features and a clean workspace

The Fellow Opus grinder is equipped with several features that make daily use more pleasant. An integrated anti-static ioniser effectively reduces ground coffee clinging to the sides of the container and the surrounding work surface. This makes keeping the area clean much easier. The ground coffee containers attach magnetically to the grinder's body, ensuring they are stable and positioned correctly. The automatic stop function is also practical, switching the grinder off as soon as the entire batch of beans has been ground.

Accessories and construction of the Fellow Opus grinder

In the box, you will find two ground coffee containers for different purposes. The standard catch cup holds up to 100g of coffee, while the smaller 30g dosing cup is designed specifically for espresso preparation. This cup is compatible with both 54mm and 58mm portafilters. The grinder's body is made from a combination of ABS, PC, and nylon plastics, complemented by wooden accents. Furthermore, the burrs can be cleaned without tools, which simplifies regular maintenance. The included cleaning brush and magnetic brush also help with this.
