The Fellowes' PULSAR-E binding machine makes it easy to work with large documents. This high-quality binding machine is well designed and functional, it can bind documents with up to 300-sheet plastic combs. Its working width is 300 millimetres, which corresponds to the standard A4 format. The machine has an electric punching tool that can perforate up to 20 sheets at a time. On the side of the binder is a storage drawer for plastic combs and in the rear part, there is a dustbin, the level of which can be checked by means of a visor on the front of the machine.

The Fellowes PULSAR-E Binding Machine achieves faultless perforations by inserting the blades from the top and by using an accurate stop bumper. The machine has an integrated gauge for correct determination of the diameter of the spine. The machine mechanism also allows for independent punching and loading of documents on the back.
