Buďte zdrávi, hru mám předobjednanou a zaplacenou, a čekal jsem, že mi dojde do Alzaboxu den po vydání. Místo toho jsem každý den opakovaně dostával zprávu "máme zpoždění, k vyzvednutí bude zítra". Dnes mi už tato zpráva nepřišla a zboží do Alzaboxu také ne. Napsal jsem dotaz, a bylo mi sděleno, že prý hra není dostupná a že mi rovnou stornovali objednávku. Zaprvé, jako stornovanou ji nevidím, ani mi pracovnice nenabídla vrácení peněz a nezeptala se mě, jestli vůbec chci storno, zadruhé, nerozumím, proč mi rovnou nepřišla zpráva, že zboží není dostupné, ale systém mě takto už pátý den tahá za nos, a zatřetí, proč je potom podle obchodu na skladě více, než 5 ks, viz výše? Kdybych se nezeptal, tak ani nevím, že zboží není, a kdybych to věděl, tak to dávno vyřeším nějakou alternativou, ale takto jsem opravdu celou dobu žil v domnění, že zásilku dostanu, čekal jsem a nedočkal se.
