The G21 square grill pan with dimensions 28 × 28 cm and a height of 6.5 cm is made in Germany using hand-casting and its high quality shows. The grill pan for grilling and preparing perfect steaks has a special gridded bottom and is temperature resistant up to 240 °C, so you can put it in the oven without worry. It is universal for all types of heating, the heat is perfectly even, the food does not burn thanks to the special LOTAN non-stick layer and you can fry or grill without using oil. The 9 mm thick bottom of the pan is composed of 5 layers. The sandwich design with no air pockets and the superior properties of the individual layers combine to form a perfect whole.

LOTAN non-stick layer
The base layer is made of aluminium, followed by a layer of titanium dioxide, a protective layer against corrosion, a ceramic layer and the non-stick properties of the inside of the pan G21 BBQ are ensured by the LOTAN layer, applied by special plasma polymerization. This technology increases surface durability and prevents food from burning.
The days of wire mesh are over, washing is easy
The special design of the pan prevents burning or sticking of ingredients and food to the bottom or walls of the pan. You can wash the pan after use in the dishwasher, but it is easier and faster to rinse it with warm water and a little detergent. This saves you time when putting the pan in the dishwasher and waiting for the end of the washing cycle, the pan is ready for use almost immediately.
