dobrý den chtěl bych se zeptat když budu používat cartridge bude se ta hra muset stahovat do zařízení (myslím jako u playstationu že se tam dá cd a hra se musí stáhnout do uložiště) a jestli to zabírá místo

Dobrý den tuto konzoli jsem si koupil u vás před týdnem a můj pravý (modrý joy con) dělá divný klikavý zvuk když snim pohybuji nahoru, chci se zeptat jestli je to vážná věc nebo jestli by se dal vyměnit u vás za nový.

Dobry den, kupil som switch, ale neviem hrat ziadne hry. Kazda hra mi pada a vypise mi tuto chybu: The Software Was Closed Because An Error Occurred. Skusal som restartnut, factory resetnut, vymenil som sd kartu 2krat ale nic nepomohlo.

Dobrý den, 15.9.2021 jsem u Vás zakoupil toto Nintendo Switch. Bohužel jsem na něj během posledního půl roku kvůli práci neměl vůbec čas. Rozehrané hry bych rád začal hrát od začátku, jenže pro smazání uživatelských dat je třeba Parental pin (rodičovský klíč) který si vůbec nejsem vědom, že bych ho nastavoval. Pokud ano, nepamatuji si ani tuto akci, logicky tedy ani daný pin. Jak mohu zařízení resetovat do továrního nastavení bez nutnosti zadání zmiňovaného pin kódu, případně pokud to jinak nelze, jak mohu pin resetovat nebo obnovit? Zkoušel jsem už doslova psí kusy, ale nebyl jsem sto problém vyřešit. Předem děkuji za odpověď Martin R.
