Dobrý deň, prečo keď mám k Vám poukaz na 20€ tak nejde uplatniť na tento tovar ?? https://www.alza.sk/gaming/the-sims-4-najomne-byvanie-d8063400.htm Aký je to rozdiel, že máte tovar na inom sklade, veď stále zaplatím rovnaké peniaze. Tú poukážku som si len kvôli tomu šetrila a teraz nejde uplatniť. A takisto prečo ide vybrať len 1 možnosť dopravy, napr. doprava aj mailom predom, ide len ak označím aj predplatné - AlzaPlus+, ktoré nechcem.
