The Garmin Fenix 8 Pro is the first smartwatch with built-in inReach technology, which gives you peace of mind on your travels via LTE and satellite connectivity. If you need help, simply trigger an SOS communication for emergency support from the 24/7 Garmin Response coordination and rescue centre. With a Garmin smartwatch, you can safely venture off-grid up to 80 kilometres from the coast. inReach technology lets you send messages and location information as soon as you establish a satellite connection – no need to connect the Garmin Fenix 8 Pro watch to your phone. With LTE connectivity, you can leave your phone at home during your activities and still receive/send messages or calls. You can also share your LiveTrack™ location with your family or friends. If the watch detects an accident during selected activities, it sends a message with your current location via your paired smartphone. You can also trigger this function manually in case of danger.
