Active Ingredients
- Collagen Peptides Gelita® - A collagen protein that contributes to the maintenance of healthy bones.
- Collagen makes up the bodies of all animals. It represents 30% of all body proteins and constitutes 70% of the dry weight of joint cartilage. Collagen is a fibrous, water-insoluble protein, thanks to which our bodies, which are 70% water, are not fluid or liquid. This shows how important collagen is for the structure and integrity of our bodies. It is precisely collagen that allows animals to move. Collagen is a natural part of the musculoskeletal system, bones, cartilage, and joints, and it determines the mechanical properties of cartilage, particularly its strength and elasticity. The amino acid composition of collagen is quite extraordinary; glycine, proline, lysine, and their hydroxylated forms, as its main components, are not found in such high concentrations in any other protein. Collagen is not found in plant proteins, i.e., in the entire plant kingdom, at all.
- The structure of native collagen types I, II, III, etc., can be compared to a rope. A system of type II collagen fibres, a sort of collagen rope, forms the load-bearing arched framework of the entire cartilage. Connective tissue saturated with collagen with a strong arched structure withstands both immediate and long-term overloading. In cartilage, collagen is formed by cartilage cells. The main role of joint nutrition is, therefore, the regeneration, nourishment, and protection of cartilage cells. Cartilage cells are nourished by collagen peptides with a molecular weight of approximately 3000 Da.
- Collagen peptides Gelita® 3000 Da are enzymatically cleaved fragments of collagen (a rope cut into small pieces). These small collagen fragments are 100× smaller than a molecule of native collagen and have proven biological activity. They nourish connective tissue cells, provide building material and bio-information, stimulate the proliferation of connective tissue cells, and the young cells then increase collagen formation by 100% within just 11 days of administration (Oesser 2003). For the 100× larger native collagen types I, II, III, etc., no biological activity has been proven. Therefore, collagen peptides with a molecular weight of approximately 3000 Da are suitable for joint nutrition.
- Boswellia Serrata - an extract from the resin of the Boswellia serrata tree bark has been used by Ayurvedic science for over 5,000 years and contributes to the healthy condition of bones and joints.
- Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for healthy bones and cartilage and contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress - an antioxidant.
- Milk Thistle contains silymarin, contributes to the purification and normal function of the liver and digestion.
- Vitamin E + Selenium are powerful antioxidants and contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
- Copper contributes to the maintenance of healthy connective tissues and contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress – an antioxidant.
- AntiHcy® - Vitamin B6, B12, and folic acid contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism.

Hydrolysed collagen protein (67%), maltodextrins, Boswellia serrata extract, thickener: pectin, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), vitamin E (DL-α-tocopheryl acetate), milk thistle extract, copper bisglycinate, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), folates - folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), L-seleno-methionine.
Recommended Dosage
Adults:
12g - 1 scoop 1× daily, the dose can be doubled.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. To increase the Boswellia serrata content to 900mg per day, it can be combined with the Geladrink® FAST capsules food supplement, e.g., 1 scoop of Geladrink® FAST drink + 6 Geladrink® FAST capsules. Use the enclosed scoop to dose into a dry glass, add cold water (250ml), stir, and drink after it dissolves. Use for 2 to 3 months. It is advisable to repeat the course 3× a year; do not interrupt a course once started.
