Deep joint nutrition with clinically tested collagen peptides 3000 DA from collagen types I, II, and III. With sodium hyaluronan in a daily dose of 100mg. Cartilage is 70% water bound in a proteoglycan gel held within a network of collagen fibres. Therefore, it is important to stay hydrated. The optimal intake is 0.03L of pure water per kg of body weight to hydrate the joint cartilage. Throughout the year, you can alternate between different products from the Geladrink® range according to the current condition and needs of your joints.

Active ingredients
- Collagen protein, which helps maintain healthy bones. Collagen is a fibrous protein that forms the bodies of all animals, accounting for 30% of all body proteins and 70% of the dry matter of joint cartilage. It is of great importance for the structure and integrity of our bodies, is not found in the plant kingdom at all, and is a natural part of the musculoskeletal system, bones, cartilage, and joints. It determines the mechanical properties of cartilage, especially its strength and elasticity.
- Gelita® collagen peptides 3000Da are enzymatically cleaved fragments of collagen with proven biological activity. They nourish connective tissue cells, provide building material and bio-information, stimulate the proliferation of connective tissue cells, and the new cells then increase collagen production.
- Glucosamine sulphate is a substance natural to the body. It is a component of the macromolecules that form the amorphous part of the intercellular matrix of cartilage and contains organically bound sulphur.
- Chondroitin sulphate is a substance natural to the body. It is a natural component of the flexible intercellular matrix of cartilage and connective tissues, found in cartilage, bones, the cornea, skin, and arterial walls. It contains organically bound sulphur.
- Hyaluronic acid (sodium hyaluronate) is a substance natural to the body. It is found in large quantities in synovial fluid (joint lubricant) and the skin, and it binds water. It can hold approximately a thousand times its weight in water and affects the properties of joint fluid and the hydration of connective tissues—joint cartilage, skin, etc. Orally administered high-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid is well absorbed and has excellent lubricating properties. In contrast, low-molecular-weight fragments of hyaluronic acid have lost their viscosity due to cleavage and do not have the necessary lubricating and other effects in the joints.
- MSM contains organically bound sulphur, which is present in the cross-links of collagen. These disulphide bridges are responsible for the strength and stability of collagen molecules.
- Boswellia Serrata extract from the resin of the tree's bark. Boswellia serrata has been used in Ayurvedic science for over 5,000 years and contributes to the health of bones and joints.
- Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for healthy bones and cartilage and helps protect cells from oxidative stress—an antioxidant.
- Vitamin E + Selenium contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress—antioxidants.
- Manganese and copper contribute to the maintenance of healthy connective tissues and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress—antioxidants.

Hydrolysed collagen protein (51%), glucosamine sulphate 2KCl, collagen gelatin, chondroitin sulphate, methylsulfonylmethane, sodium hyaluronate HMW (high-molecular-weight), Boswellia serrata extract, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), vitamin E (DL-α-tocopheryl acetate), manganese bisglycinate, copper bisglycinate, L-selenomethionine, colouring: iron oxides and hydroxides.
Recommended dosage
Adults and children from 12 years of age:
6 capsules 2× a day or 12 capsules 1× a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Take with a sufficient amount of liquid, preferably after a meal. Use for 2 to 3 months. It is advisable to repeat the course 3× a year; do not interrupt a course once started. Continuous use is possible.
