Active Ingredients
- Collagen protein, which contributes to maintaining healthy bones. Collagen is a fibrous protein that forms the bodies of all animals, accounting for 30% of all body proteins and 70% of the dry weight of joint cartilage. It is of great importance for the structure and integrity of our bodies, is not found in the plant kingdom at all, and is a natural part of the musculoskeletal system, bones, cartilage, and joints. It determines the mechanical properties of cartilage, especially its strength and elasticity.
- Gelita® collagen peptides 3000Da are enzymatically cleaved fragments of collagen that have proven biological activity. They nourish connective tissue cells, provide building materials and bio-information, stimulate the proliferation of connective tissue cells, and these young cells then increase collagen production.
- Glucosamine sulphate is a substance natural to the body and is part of the macromolecules that form the amorphous component of the intercellular matrix of cartilage. It contains organically bound sulphur.
- Chondroitin sulphate is a substance natural to the body and is a natural component of the flexible intercellular matrix of cartilage and connective tissues. It is found in cartilage, bones, the cornea, skin, and arterial walls, and contains organically bound sulphur.
- Hyaluronic acid (sodium hyaluronate) is a substance natural to the body. It is found in large quantities in synovial fluid (joint lubricant) and the skin, where it binds water. It can hold approximately a thousand times its own weight in water and influences the properties of joint fluid and the hydration of connective tissues such as joint cartilage, skin, etc. Orally administered high-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid is well absorbed and has excellent lubricating properties. In contrast, low-molecular-weight fragments of hyaluronic acid have lost their viscosity due to cleavage and do not have the necessary lubricating and other effects in the joints.
- MSM contains organically bound sulphur, which is present in the cross-links of collagen. These disulphide bridges are responsible for the strength and stability of collagen molecules.
- Boswellia Serrata extract from the resin of the tree's bark. Boswellia serrata has been used in Ayurvedic science for over 5,000 years and contributes to the health of bones and joints.
- Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen for healthy bones and cartilage, and contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress – an antioxidant.
- Vitamin E + Selenium contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress – antioxidants.
- Manganese and copper contribute to maintaining the health of connective tissues and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress - antioxidants.

Recommended Dosage
Adults and children from 12 years of age:
12 g - 1 scoop 1× daily
Children from 3 to 12 years of age:
5 g - just under 0.5 scoop 1× daily
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Use the enclosed scoop to measure the dose into a dry glass, add cold water (250ml), stir, and drink after it has dissolved. Use for 2 to 3 months. It is advisable to repeat the course 3× a year; do not interrupt a course once started. Continuous use is possible.
