Eye protection and sleep cycle support
By filtering 95% of blue light, GLASSA glasses limit its negative impact on the body. They prevent disruption of the natural circadian rhythm, which helps maintain the production of the sleep hormone melatonin, even when working on a computer or phone in the evening. The clear lenses do not affect colour perception, making them suitable for activities that require accurate colour reproduction. The glasses help reduce symptoms of digital eye strain, such as burning eyes or headaches.
