Eye protection and sleep support
The high 95% blue light filtration significantly helps to alleviate the symptoms of digital eye strain, such as burning eyes or headaches. In addition, limiting blue light exposure in the evening prevents the disruption of the natural production of the sleep hormone melatonin. As a result, the glasses promote better quality sleep even after working on a computer or looking at a screen before bed.
