Dobrý den, po týdnu užívání televize samovolně začala mazat nainstalované kanály. A to i přesto, že jsme vytvořili seznamy oblíbených a následně je uložili. Televize toto dělá po každém vypnutí. Můžete prosím poradit, co s tím, nebo bude nutné ji reklamovat? Děkuji.
