Dobrý den. Zakoupeno dnes a zaplaceno jako nové zboží. Při přebírání jsem zjistil podle dost fušerského zabalení, že mikrovlnka byla už nejméně jednou vybalená. K mé vlastní škodě jsem to nechal být. Doma, po vybalení, zapojení do sítě a zapnutí jsem zjistil, že sice mikrovlnka točí talířem, ale neohřívá a nesvítí. Nezbývá mi než poděkovat zaměstnancům ALZY za jejich "odpovědný" přístup k vlastní práci. Může mi někdo z Vás odpovědět, proč jste si zboží při vrácení předchozím zákazníkem nezkontrovali? Proč jste již nejméně jednou prodanou mikrovlnku prodávali jako nové zboží?
