How is Zinc Lalmin created?
This premium raw material is created through a process of biofortification. During their natural growth, Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast is fed with zinc, which it gradually incorporates into its own structure.
The result is an organically bound mineral, which is then gently dried. This step causes the yeast to lose its activity – it becomes completely inactive but retains its high bioavailability and stability.
