Its rich and intense flavour has hints of hazelnut and dark chocolate, reflecting the mineral composition of the subsoil on which it is grown. It is medium roasted to a grade four out of five. It is suitable for preparation in a cafetiere, on a filter, in an automatic or lever coffee machine as an espresso.
