Reduction of digital eye strain
Prolonged screen time strains the eyes and can lead to digital eye strain, causing symptoms such as burning eyes or headaches. GUNNAR RUSH KIDS LARGE glasses reduce eye strain by filtering the blue light emitted by digital devices. Limiting blue light exposure in the evening also prevents disruption to natural melatonin production, contributing to better sleep quality. Clear lenses do not distort colour perception, making them suitable for activities where colour accuracy is essential.
