Harman/Kardon FIT6C

The Harman/Kardon FIT6C component car speakers form a two-way system with a 165mm diameter, designed for exceptional sound reproduction. The woofer uses a patented Plus One glass fibre diaphragm, which increases sensitivity and improves low-frequency response thanks to its larger surface area and lower weight. The system offers a continuous power of 50W RMS and a peak power of up to 400W. Additionally, the textile dome tweeter can be precisely aimed, which lets you optimise the soundstage to suit your car's interior.

Patented diaphragm technology

The woofer is equipped with a patented Plus One diaphragm. Compared to standard speakers of the same size, it offers a larger overall surface area. This design, combined with the use of lightweight glass fibres, leads to higher input sensitivity and better performance at low frequencies. The result is a richer musical expression. The technology ensures powerful reproduction of bass lines.

Sound customisation and precise aiming

The edge-driven textile dome tweeter reproduces high frequencies up to 40kHz without compression or harshness. Thanks to the Uni-Pivot design, it is possible to rotate the tweeter up to 270° even after installation, which enables flexible aiming of the sound towards the listening position. The crossover is also equipped with a switch that can reduce the tweeter's output level by 3dB to optimise the system's linearity according to the specific mounting location.

Easy installation and upgradeability

Installation is made easy by the slim design of the crossover, which fits comfortably into the limited spaces within car doors. The crossover is equipped with a switch for two-way and three-way modes. This enables a future upgrade to a three-way system. Simply add the optional 3.5-inch midrange speaker to achieve an extended midrange reproduction. Connection is made using standard speaker terminals.
