The HENDI 271209 kitchen thermometer with 1°C increments ensures fast measurements with an accuracy of +/- 2°C. Its range is from -40 to +200°C. It can display the measured value in both °C and °F. It also features a useful HOLD function to save the current temperature of the ingredient. The probe is made of stainless steel and comes with a practical case to protect it from damage.
