Thanks to its unique formula with a 1:1 ratio of ingredients, the curing adhesive can quickly repair cracks,fractures in concrete,fragments and cracks. 3M Scotch-Weld adhesive reaches handling strength after approximately 15 minutes. The mix provides excellent properties for minor repairs in building construction, sidewalks, staircases, pools, Terrace, yards and general maintenance.
