Dobrý den, sluchadla nejdou otevřít resp. navléknout na popruh. Videa od výrobce nebo prodejců ukazují relativně snadnou manipulaci se sundáním krytu. I přesto nebylo schopno asi 10 lidí kryt popruhu sejmout. Nějaký tip? Jediné co mě napadá je mírné nahřátí chrániče k zvýšení pružnosti a pak užití hrubé síly.
