Lze tuto udírnu provozovat i při venkovních teplotách pod bodem mrazu? Konkurence například není schopná provozu ve vnějších teplotách pod bodem mrazu nebo se její efektivita razantně snižuje. Zde to uvedeno nevidím. Děkuji.

BORNIAK Digital Smoker UWD-N-70 / Alu 1.5CZ
The Borniak digital smoker with improved insulation, reinforced 1.5CZ electronics and a double heating coil with 500W power input ensures sufficient smoking power. The outer shell is made of Alu-zinc and the inner parts of the smoker are made of food-safe stainless steel. The device enables cold smoke smoking and conventional hot smoking with temperature settings ranging from 20-120 °C. An electronic control panel for precise temperature control ensures low operating costs. If the maximum operating temperature inside the smoker is exceeded, you will be alerted to the possibility of a fire by a distinctive audible signal. With a capacity of 70 litres and 6 levels for smoking grates, the smoker can hold up to 10 kg of meat or smoked products. The smoker is very efficient and energy-saving thanks to a special wall insulation technique with silicone seals and magnetic closure, which ensures smooth smoking without large temperature fluctuations and reduces tar formation. The smoker has practical handles on the sides for easy carrying and four height-adjustable feet for maximum stability, which can be replaced with castors (not included) for better movement of the smoker. The smoker also includes a drawer for a dryer.

Original chipping as damage prevention
The smokehouse generator provides constant and optimal smoke production for up to 8 hours, all depending on the type of wood chips. Borniak breadcrumbs are produced without chemical additives and preservatives. It is recommended to use the smoker with original wood chips to prevent mechanical damage. In the case of using other than original Borniak wood chips, the generator is likely to be damaged.
Smoke generator with reservoir
At the heart of the smokehouse is a smoke generator with a chip hopper with automatic feeder. It continuously feeds wood chips into the chamber where combustion and smoke development takes place. The wood chips do not burn when burnt, but only smoulder slightly, which reduces the risk of fire and tar formation. Included is a stainless steel drip tray for grease and water to catch ash. The innovative stainless steel deflector catches dripping grease, which, thanks to the stepped design, flows directly into the waste tray. With the chimney damper you can easily control the smoke density as required. The heating coil of the smoke generator has an input of 115 W and the burnt wood chips fall into a stainless steel bowl with water.
