Special adhesive Ceys defect repair synthetic metal with a volume of 40 ml + 40 g is designed especially for bonding metals. The two-component adhesive is resistant to temperatures from -50 to +150 ° C. You can use it on iron, brass, aluminium, steel, bronze, alloys. With this Ceys adhesive, you can easily glue or fill metal surfaces, for example, and seal liquid leaks. You will certainly appreciate the high adhesion, strength and the possibility of polishing, grinding or painting.

Instructions for use and suitable materials

Method of use:
Synthetic metal consists of metal powder (plastic container) and resin (metal tube). The consistency of the mixture may vary depending on how the product is used.
1. CLEAN AND DRY THE TREATED SURFACES Thoroughly. For renovations and very shiny surfaces, it is advisable to sand the substrate before application.
2. Mix the required ratio of powder and resin in a plastic container until a perfectly homogeneous mixture is obtained. Depending on the intended use, the user must decide whether he needs a liquid mixture (protection or pouring) or a thicker mixture (for filling, gluing…)
In any case, it is important to achieve a homogeneous mixture. The shelf life of the mixture will depend on the ratio used and the ambient temperature. At higher temperatures, the shelf life and hardening are shortened. The following table serves as a reference (insert table putty)
3. Apply Synthetic Metal in individual layers and with a spatula to the treated surface and let it dry for a few minutes. The curing time will depend on the consistency of the mixture: the denser it is, the faster it will dry.
4. Once solidified, it can be sanded, drilled, polished and painted.
5. CLEAN tools and product residues with universal thinner.
For dyeing:
The synthetic metal can be painted on the surface and it is sufficient to sand the hardened surface before painting with liquid paints.
