Den Braven Chemical Anchor VINYLESTER SF 300ml

VINYLESTER SF chemical anchor is a professional 2-component chemical system based on vinylester resins for fast and strong anchoring. It is styrene-free. It can be used both indoors and outdoors with a high application temperature of up to +40°C. It allows for anchoring in all types of substrates, such as concrete, masonry, hollow bricks, natural stone, blocks, and lightweight concrete. It is suitable for extreme loads and for securing wooden or steel structures, threaded rods, facade elements, sports equipment, scaffolding, railing bases, posts, fences, cable trays, handrails, awnings, gates, and more.

Usage:
First, drill a hole of the required dimensions. Clean the hole thoroughly with a brush and pump. It is essential to mix the two components thoroughly (grey colour). Apply using a mechanical or electric applicator gun. Extrude the first 10cm or so away from the hole until the anchor is grey. Then apply the material directly into the hole and insert the threaded rod or other elements with a twisting motion. When applying to hollow materials, you must use a plastic or metal sleeve and the hole must be filled completely with mortar. When anchoring into solid materials, sleeves are not used and the hole should be filled 1/3 to 1/2 full.
