Den Braven Professional floor dispersion adhesive 1kg PRO 7600

Professional solvent-free dispersion-based floor adhesive. Creates a permanently strong, elastic bond. Ready for immediate and easy use, and spreads smoothly. High adhesion to absorbent materials, making it suitable for bonding floor coverings to absorbent substrates. Den Braven PRO 7600 Floor Adhesive is used for bonding a wide variety of floor surfaces.

Use:
Bonding vinyl planks, carpets (longitudinal fibre), needle-punched carpets (perpendicular fibre), homogeneous PVC, cork, foam-backed PVC, felt-backed PVC, CV flooring, linoleum, bonding coverings to vertical walls (PVC), on concrete substrates, levelling compounds, mineral substrates, chipboard and cement-bonded particle boards. Can also be used on plywood, polystyrene or polyurethane.

Instructions for use:
Apply the adhesive over the entire surface of the substrate using an A1 or A2 notched trowel for PVC coverings. The laying time is 20 to 50 minutes at +23°C. If the temperature is higher, the time is shorter. Where possible, fix and apply weight to the bonded joint. Full curing occurs after 24–72 hours (depending on the absorbency of the substrate and the thickness of the adhesive). Minimum application temperature +15°C to +30°C. Adhesive consumption 250–450g/m² (depending on the absorbency of the substrate and the type of trowel used).
